It takes about a minute.
Answers before you sign.
How much does property management cost?
Our fees depend on the package and the property. We give you a clear written quote after your free valuation, so you know exactly what you will pay before you sign anything.
Can I switch to you from another letting agent?
Yes. We take over existing tenancies, transfer the deposit registration and documents, and introduce ourselves to your tenants so the move is smooth for everyone.
What happens if a tenant stops paying rent?
We chase missed rent the same day, keep a record of every contact and agree a plan with the tenant. If arrears continue, we guide you through the correct legal process under the current rules.
Do I need landlord insurance and safety certificates?
You need a valid Gas Safety Certificate each year (if there is gas), an EICR at least every five years, an EPC, and working smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. Landlord insurance is strongly recommended. We track all of these for managed homes.
Do you manage HMOs and portfolios?
Yes. We manage single homes, HMOs and portfolios, including HMO licensing checks and the extra safety rules that apply to shared homes.
