What we collect
When you use our forms or contact us, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, property address and the content of your message. If you apply for a tenancy, we also process referencing information with your consent.

Legal basis
We process your data to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, to comply with the law, and for our legitimate interest in running our business.
Sharing
We share data only where needed: with landlords or tenants for a tenancy, referencing providers, deposit protection schemes, contractors carrying out repairs, and our form and email providers. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Tenancy records are kept for as long as the law requires, typically six years after a tenancy ends.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing or ask us to restrict it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
